Our team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to ensure your buildings will pass any inspections, such as TCO (temporary certificate of occupancy) and will be the last trade in to provide finalized cleaning at the end of construction.

Trailer/Job Site Office Cleanings: We clean job site offices at all points throughout the construction process. Our routine office cleanings include maintaining bathrooms and kitchens, as well as office spaces and garbage disposal.

Rough/Light cleaning: Our rough cleanings are provided to prepare the buildings for inspections. This includes surface cleanings of floors, bathrooms and kitchens as well as any tile, stone, stainless steel, glass or other appliances, so they can be inspected for damages during TCO inspections.

Final/Detailed Cleaning: After all trades (plumbing, painting, etc.) have finished, R24-7 crew comes in to do a full, detailed cleaning of all surfaces, inch-by-inch. We prepare your building for a white glove inspection and make it spotless, sanitized, and ready for use.

Our services also provide you with a “watchman” crew member for overnight security to protect your building and materials upon request.
